1.Application:
As leavening agent for manufacture of bread and biscuits and also it is a raw materrial for foamed juice. It is used in boiling water for green vegetables and bamboo shoot and in medicine and reagents; Manufacture of ammonium salts and pharmaceuticals, it's also widely used in chemical and electronic equipment, etc.
